We have now been using this machine for 3 months daily for lattes and black coffee, have to say the ease of use, no fuss system is just awesome. The latte crema frothing system works a treat as well. If you looking for a daily workhorse without any expensive bells and whistles that you will seldom use this machine is the one.

After less than 2 weeks, it's already not dispensing hot water, nor milk which uses the same outlet but different fixtures, it seems to be clogged somewhere and is leaking, trying to locate a number for delonghi but only found a service email address

Hot water function doesn’t work. Espresso is too cold. Coffee is too diluted. Too noisy machine and not user friendly at all. It is not worth to this price.

Pros VERY HOT milk cappuccino, (even 15k machine don't have this technology) easy to use easy to clean Cons should be milk only option also.
