Used it on the day of delivery and works for its purpose. You can’t really separate all the white from the yolk but this tool os easy to handle.

Egg yolks sometimes break .
Not as effective as the old plastic one which I had. It works but not all white is separated.

Very slow to drain
Sturdy and looks the part but in reality the egg white takes ages to drain. I tried to tip it to drain white but this broke the yolk. Not my best idea.

Great and easy to use tool
Have always separated egg whites by hand (with yolks breaking 20% of the time). Got this and was very impressed - separates in a few seconds (drop in and swirl over bowl). Yolk stays intact with a little egg white remaining (didn't get 100% but almost). So far, zero broken yolks. Enjoy!

Separa las yemas bien,hay que darle golpecitos para soltarlas bien. A la chalaza del huevo,le cuesta más separarla.

Does exactly what it should
Super easy to crack and separate eggs with this tool. It fits right across my bowl, which is very convenient. I have always avoided recipes that call for egg yolks or egg whites because I'm terrible at cracking eggs and always break the yolk, but now it's actually fun to separate them! Seems good quality. I have run it through the dishwasher once already and it looks exactly like it did before. No complaints here!

Bonjour,Excellent produit indispensable en cuisine, j'en ai acheté plusieurs pour faire des essais, et évaluer les différences de marque, et ce produit est le meilleur.Faire la différence, entre un produit de 2 euros et celui-ci, il y a une grosse différence de qualité matériel, le prix est justifié.Choisir un produit à 2 euros ou 12 euros, il faut mieux payer, selon mon expérience, payé plus cher pour avoir un produit de qualité.Utilisation est très facile et fonctionne sans aucun problème. Je ne peux plus m'en passé...Indispensable en cuisine, je le conseille à tout le monde
