Does this come with a pen and cover like if you buy from the Boox site?

This purchase on Amazon is just for the device and pen. The cover is a separate purchase available on Amazon for about $50, and is fairly useful. The Boox site has the complete package, including device, pen and tips. The advantage of using Amazon is their return policy. Boox has a more restrictive return policy. I would imagine third party covers will also come on the market in the next several weeks. I have found this to be a fantastic device if you understand that e-ink is not the same as a typical tablet with an LCD screen. Except for battery life, this is probably one of the best e-ink devices on the market at this time. Good luck!

Does this include the magnetic case? Its indicated in one of the pictures but not mentioned in the writeup.

No, it does not come with the case.

Does it come with a cover/case?

Nope. You have to buy that separately.
