Works very well ... very pleased with it ..

Having read some reviews I was concerned about how long the external temp wire was going to be, however it's about 3m/9ft long so no problems with positioning the unit. Very clear readout and very easy to use. Excellent.The only method of fixing it to a wall is via a screw though, so you may need to buy sticky pad if needed.

Arrived promptly and works fine but was obviously pre used as box had been resealed, battery was not sealed. This should have been stated in description. I don't think it was.

The device certainly does what 'it says on the tin'. We get readings to 1 decimal point, although I have no means of knowing how accurate they are, but they certainly feel right. The one downside compared with the old, failed, device is that the outside sensor on the old one was attached to an eye so that it could be easily attached to the wall.

Simple and functional - just what I needed.

Not as neat as some, but easy to set up if you follow the instructions. Good to get a comparison of inside and outside temps. With the max and min, I'm never quite sure if I'm getting most recent ones or the lowest and highest ever temperatures. Too lazy to find the instructions again!

After struggling with wireless outdoor temp sensors I decided to get a wired one.The wire is thin enough to go through a double glazed door seal without causing a gap.A wire is inherently a nuisance but once placed and hidden it`s fine - could have been a bit longer though to allow more options for placing the device.The device itself is quite plain - has options to display Max/Mix that it has sensed and also choose between F/Cnone of these functions i particularly needed (not even the internal temp really) but they are there.It`s a simple device which should be useful if the temps it displays are accurate - it appears to be.

Avevo necessità di un buon termomentro da esterno con sensore a filo, sempre più difficile da trovare ormai, per sostituire un ottimo Oregon analogo, ma ormai a fine vita. Mi sono rivolto a questo, conoscendo la fama di TFA. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Termometro adatto per uso domestico senza troppe pretese. Le misure, se confrontato con altri strumenti validi, tende a sovrastimare un po' troppo, specie di giorno. Del resto con questa cifra, non si può chiedere di più.
