Q: Does this come with a brush?

I did not receive a brush with mine

Q: Can this be used for exterior decorations? Is it water proof?

I used it on a birdhouse. I used a polyurethane spray over it, and it did great (recommend that). The color so far has stayed true..used black and white and gold. Of course any paint will fade overtime from ultraviolet light. But that's been well over a year ago and so far no complaints.

Q: Will this work on sea shells?

I would think so. Acrylics work on most surfaces.

Q: Can you use this on sun catchers?

Sure, if you use an acrylic coat to finish.
