I'm not sure if this is really supposed to be used when driving or not, but that is what I bought it for and it works great!! I have to drive 1.5 hours each way once a week for a new contract and with this massager, I don't get tired or fidgety. I put it on Option #5 (full massage) and happily drive to teach my class and then back home. I'll be using it on long road trips as well. Great product and great value.

I use this in my car seat, it takes about 12 minutes for me to get to the office so this is a great massager to start the day. The vibration is can be quite strong on the highest setting if you wish. You can also turn on each individual location that you want to be massaged. And don't forget the heating, it gets warm! Perfect for the winter months. However one thing that really sets it apart is the air bladder, I love the lumbar support that it provides. One last thing is the fabric texture, it adds an elegant look to the cabin. I definitely recommend it, makes me look forward to driving everyday.
