I'll do it with some needle nose plyers or something. I proceeded to absolutely destroy half the pins on the first go. Not one to be defeated, I bought another one....and the dang tool. Said tool made it frustratingly easy and really fast. All worked first try. They give you one extra pin for each side, nice touch. Probably smaller than you think. The item description does in fact tell you the size, unsure why others fault the seller for this. It matters what pins go on what side. If you can't get them to clip in, use the other one. They will only clip in one orientation. Pay attention to this especially when using solid conductors. Take your time. A well lit area and a pair of magnifying glasses will help. Took me about 20 minutes from start to finish. Review: Be sure to buy extra terminals - Works as advertised, but make sure you have extra terminals on hand. The kit comes with one extra of each, but I wish it had a few more. I'm paying a premium for fast shipping and only buying one item. Having to buy multiple things degrades the value some.

Fits AT&T ONT power connector.
Good connector. Holds pins securely after assembly. Notes: Connectors are very small. Be sure to purchase a good crimping tool and magnifying eyepiece.

No micro plug, just pins
Would have been nice to get the male and female micro 8 circuit plug to go with the pins I recieved. Useless.

Perfect for Adam Speaker Repair
Made a new pigtail to connect an amplified board to the main circuit board in my Adam S3X-H speaker monitors. Worked perfectly.
