Is the ackee already cooked or do i have to cook it ?

There’s no need to cook the ackee. I drain the water from the can, add some hot water and let it sit for about 5 minutes. I then drain it and add to the pot with the saltfish and seasonings. However, it would be okay to just drain and add. That’s what’s on the instruction for the recipe on the label.

Is this product Kosher?

I dont know for sure but this is only the ackee fruit/vegetable cleaned and canned in brine basically. You could certain;y prepare it so it is kosher based on the utensils you use and what you add to it for meat/fish or spices.
