My experience with Amazon this time was very bad, the guy who came for installation was from Amazon itself and he did not new single thing about the machine he was himself searching on the mobile and did not even open the security lock which comes in the machine for transportation, install the machine and then went away when we called him that the machine is shaking and moving he said that there is problem with the machine and they will raise a complaint and get it exchange, but when the installation guys came from Boash then we came to know that those guys were not from original service centre but from Amazon because Amazon wants to close the complaint as soon as possible after the installation regardless of whether the installation guy knows about the machine or not.After the bosch service team removed the nut bolt which were there for transportation the machine was working fine so a suggestion to Amazon to kindly allow the company guys only to do the installation.

Dont buy bosch things because bosch not providing a proper service actually they dont have their own service team and tey are tye up with some other 3rd party team and he came with bosch id & uniform only. I brought bosch 9kg front load washing machine 2months ago in Amazon and the issue is machine vibration and improper washing time. And this is first and last i will buy the Bosch home appliances things and i am suggesting to every middle class family dont buy bosch home appliances.because if any problem in appliances you cant able get resulation as much quickly.actually i got one incident that too the service team will do rowdyism(gundas) like that.worst ever thing in my life &They dont have details to contact the higher authority team.if you forced to service issues means they do gundaism.and i was contacted the service coustomer care and he was without information and my permission he connected the area service manger in confrence call and that guy was speaking very loudly so totally its very much bad experience.it shows Total BOSCH mindset Before Experience of BOSCH in mind 10/10 After experiencing the BOSCH My mind set is 10/0 #Boycottboschhomeappliances

As I did not have 5A to 16A converter there was no demo. This was where things started to go downhill. The installation process was lackluster at best. There was no comprehensive demo or proper guidance on how to operate the machine effectively. I was hoping for a better walkthrough of the features, but instead, it was just a quick hookup and done. As a result, I had to rely on trial and error for a few functions.Upselling Accessories: Another major downside was the recommendation to buy additional accessories. When I ordered, I was told I needed to purchase a cover stand separately, which I didn’t mind at first. However, what really irked me was when they asked me to buy an adopter for ₹350, even though Amazon listed it for only ₹200. This felt like an attempt to overcharge for something that should’ve been clearer upfront.Pros:Build Quality: The machine feels sturdy and well-constructed. The materials are high-quality, and it seems built to last. There’s no flimsy plastic or cheap parts – you can tell the brand put effort into the durability of this model.Smooth Operation: The washing machine runs smoothly without any loud noises or weird sounds. It's incredibly quiet during operation, and washing clothes is efficient. No complaints about the washing performance – it gets the job done!Vibration Control: One of the standout features is the low vibration. It doesn’t shake excessively, even on spin cycles.

U will never get this build quality in any brand. Installation done on same day by Bosch. Call Bosch customer care directly. Bought 9kg model for 27k in Amazon deal. Only thing need to pay 6100rs for stand, cover, pipes, detergent and descaler. But worth the price. Bought additionally 4yrs warranty apart from 2yrs standard warranty from sales person for 4799rs. Which very less. Very easy to use , no water leakage. Looks great and stylish. Weight is very good .

Easy of use. Noise less and vibration less. Best funcitons. Best washing ability and best performance with great capacity

We are shocked to learn the product is not performing well

item is good, but installation agency is very poor, no customer friendly outlook, even they denied installing the washing machine as they do not have tap adopter.I was ready to pay rs 200/- for the tap adaptor but service person denied his duty and said we are not here to start this machine and wash your cloths.very rude behaviour and unprofessional workwashing machine installation is not completed
