Ripped bag on arrival, rice flew everywhere as it had all fallen out and was loose

I’ve had the rice before and it’s great - was pleased to order again but this time with the packaging described as compostable. When it arrived the bags were not those in the product photos and are clearly plastic film not starch based. One bag was badly split and rice had spilt into the box. This has happened in previous deliveries. It looks like the fault of the Amazon packers not the courier. Disappointing
