Reebok Fitness Multipurpose Adjustable Aerobic and Strength Training Workout Step Platform for HIIT, Cardio, and General Sessions

I did some research and decided on this Reebok step even though it's a little more expensive than other steps. I think it's totally worth it. It's a great step. It weighs over 15 pounds while other plastic steps that weigh only 5-7 pounds; therefore it's very stable on both wood and carpet, no slippage at all. The surface is rubber and it's very steady as well. The feature to raise the steps to achieve three different heights one of the main reasons why I purchased this although I have not used it yet, but looking forward to get to that point.I use it to do simple step exercise (step, kick, hop) + upper body work out using lightweights. I put it in front of the TV and watch some of my favorite shows (comedy, talk shows, HGTV, Food, Travel, sports, etc...). It's a path to least resistance and has helped me to get some exercise in almost everyday. When not in used, it can be stored under the bed or sofa or rest against a wall and does not take up much space. I am very glad that purchased it.

Totally worth it, but I AM biased: I was a Step instructor for more than 20 years, and loved every minute of it. I have always found this to be one of the most effective items in my fitness arsenal, but alas, mine was stolen during a move. Honestly, I like this one more than my original gray one, with the additional markings and this color combo looks pretty classy.

I have been using a knock-off, hand-me-down step for thirty years. Purchased by a previous roommate at probably Ann and Hope or Lechmere, that's how old it is. The thing owes me nothing, and is in fact still fully useable. However, it is shorter and wider than the original Step that is featured in my old-time videos (that I've upgraded to DVDs, thank you very much). I broke those out into full rotation with Covid (won't wear a mask to work out) and decided I could treat myself to equipment that would allow me to just do all the moves without having to modify all the way through.This is great. Extremely sturdy. A little harder to adjust height, but I've adjusted it to the height I use and doubt I'll have cause to do it again. Previous knock-off had stackable plastic risers that I screwed onto the step since they didn't stick on and were a pain for moving it into place and into storage location on the daily. So if you don't adjust it, that's no problem at all. And if you are a frequent exerciser, it's probably not a challenge. But if you have limited hand strength it could be a concern.It does seem pricey for what is essentially a big piece of plastic. But I am very pleased. It is the same as the equipment used in classes in the gym.

As a busy mother, wife and grandma I have a lot going on helping supporting my family so I need to be the healthiest and strongest I can possibly be. I had the 90’s version of the Reebok Fitness Step and saw it again back on Amazon and saw it as a sign!!! Amazon delivered it fast and it now has an updated online workout training feature for everyone at home or struggling with time crunch to do at your own time and pace!! No excuses not to work out for me!!

So...I'm trying to get my fitness game back on track (or just on track if I'm being honest). Being stuck at home hasn't helped, but I remembered loving step classes in the past, so I went and ordered the Reebok step (blast from the past).This is a great stepper. It's nice and big for all the moves and travelling, it's non-slip, and it feels sturdy (it's pretty heavy, so you won't want to drag it around). The main issue for me is that the lowest setting is 6 inches. On other steps, it's 4 inches. Those 2 inches REALLY make a difference as you are getting back in the game. I love this step and maybe I'll reorder it when I'm ready for 6 inches to be my default height - until then, I plan to get a different step.

This box is exactly what I wanted. It's wide, it's sturdy, it has a non-slip top and it's adjustable. Heavier than I thought but, it's easy to move around. My only negative would be that it doesn't fold up. We have the room though.

The Reebok step feels very sturdy and secure, and it’s easy to switch among the 3 different heights - it just clips in place. It’s not heavy, so easy to move in and out of my closet, where I store it.I’m very glad I purchased the Reebok step, even though it costs more than the alternatives.It arrived surprisingly quick for such a large-sized box.

More expensive than other non branded versions but so much more beautiful! It is also really stable allowing you to let baby climb on it.
