My personal favorite, and if memory serves me right, was the 1956 (date not given in Found Recipes) Betty Crocker image. This cookbook is not only fun to leaf through, it brings back memories of when I was a child. The recipes are easy to use and do not require unusual ingredients. The pictures are beautiful and encourage you to try the dish shown.

Love this book. Nice historical info and great food pictures. A great accompaniment to my Betty Crocker Lost Recipes. Very nice hardcover book. Fun to read and good recipes.

Who would not enjoy a Betty Crocker cookbook? If you like to cook and enjoy traditional, older style recipes, then this cookbook is for you. It would also make a terrific gift for newlyweds or college students living on their own for the first time.

Gave this to my sister for Christmas. It was fun looking at the old recipes we remember.
