The quality of the box and the cards is excellent.Each of the emotions has a short definition and a few questions that describe how you might feel to explore the emotion.I also love the “mindfulness cards” that summarize different “tools” that you can apply to regulate your emotions with reference to a book to read more about the “tool”.Finally, the artwork is great!

The pictures on these emotion cards are spot on. My young 6-11 year olds love them for the pictures. My teens enjoy using them as a way to learn new vocabulary. There are emotion words that I did not even know in the mix of cards. Each session I now use them to show clients that they have more emotions during the day than happy, sad, and mad. If I could, I would make this deck part of a required therapy starter pack for each client.

Works perfectly with clients who have an underdeveloped emotional language. The recommendations for care on the back are a nice bonus, too. The illustrations are perfect and the way the cards are organized in the box are very nice, too.

The media could not be loaded. All the feels can often be overwhelming. Working through them is so satisfying. I felt a little overwhelmed as well as excited when I first opened my FeelWise box. The QR code on the back of the box was soooooo helpful. Thanks to the video I had several neat and easy to understand categories of emotions.I now have my FeelWise deck stacked in their color coded categories sitting on on my desk.Brené Brown says that most people can easily identify sad, glad, and mad. My team and I use those basic emotions to pick a category of emotions and then look for the specific card that really describes what we are feeling in that moment.FeelWise has been very helpful in working through experiences that would normally go unsaid and lead to serious consequences. Everyone is becoming more empathetic and understanding of themselves and each other. Funny how a deck of cards helps us create and maintain a sense of belonging at work.

I’m immediately impressed with the product, I’m currently watching the how to video and I am glad I bought this. I needed this 40 years ago, but better late than never!

I use it to discuss feelings with my daughter when they are upset, it is an incredibly tool to decouple their feeling (and even mind).But there are many other cards, and feelings that are for adults that are useless only make it more expensive - idea to have different boxes for age groups.Another opportunity is to have the opening not in the side but in the top of the cards, a simple change that would make it easier to storage and open.

One of the things I liked about this idea was that there was a QR code with the original book that some of the ideas came with, but only half of the QR codes worked. It would have been better to just put the book name & author instead of the QR code.Now there's two versions of this. The individual cards has more details on it, than the wheel version.
