Great craft item, an essential part of any candle making kit! Can simply be positioned on top of the vessel that will hold the finished candle to keep the wick in a central position while the wax is poured in. The recesses ensure a snug fit. Good quality, great value for money. Recommended.

These make holding and centering a wick very easy. They are very robust considering the job they have to do, there are a few rough edges on them but nothing too bad.I wonder if making them completely flat would’ve been better as the grooves rarely match the sizes of moulds. Nevertheless, they can be made to work and they are a great time saver.

I was making several votive candles, and so these came in very handy! Just pop one across the top of the votive holder, insert the wick through the grove and pour the wax. It held all the wicks nice and straight, and kept them where they were meant to be.Simple, but very handy! Recommended! xXx

Up to now we've generally just managed to hold the wicks in place when making candles, but these take away the risk of accident or misjudgement. They've helped a lot. Take a little bit to make sure they're exactly on centre, but it does have some helpful indentations to assist with that, so you can make sure it won't slide around once placed.

These sturdy metal wick centring devices are very useful for holding the wick securely whilst pouring and setting the wax. There are 20 in the box - so good value for the price and the edges are stepped to use on different sized jars and moulds. The wick goes through the hole then needs to be pulled into the slot to fix in the centre - although all the wick slots are the same size they will in fact accommodate the wick sizes I am likely to use. A nifty bit of kit, but it may have be useful to have a range of slot widths within the box (to hold thicker wicks) especially if you are a hobby candle maker like me. If you are someone who makes a big batch of candles to sell, all with the same commonly used wick sizes then this will be a good product for you.
