I have very dark skin and rarely need sunblock but my wife has a super pale complexion. I often worry about my family using harmful sunscreens . We've gotten into beef tallow skin care and I convinced her to try this sunbalm for a trip on the lake. She was out most of the day in 90+ degrees 8-9 Uv index and didn't burn at all. We got home and went for a 20 minute walk with the dogs and she didn't think to put any on and she burnt her shoulders so it definitely works very well.

Got badly sunburned when using this for the first time. Will never use it again. Would be soothing as an after-sun balm, perhaps.

Works great as sunscreen but is very thick and leaves quite the white cast. Not ideal for an everyday face sunscreen. More for going to the beach or playing sports!

The media could not be loaded. A healthier alternative than your regular drugstore sunscreen! Feels better on the skin and in the long run its healthier as well. Id definitely recommend if you want to start switching out chemically products from your life and want to go more natural.
