I can't call any of the following things dislikes, only, things to know. If you want to record more than 10 seconds to the cloud, then either pay the extremely reasonable fee for upgraded digital storage (which is what I did) or be sure to have a compatible SD card ( which I have also added as a back up and to check functionality). When I received the device, it did require an initial charging period, which was not surprising.Pros: (so far there are quite a few)Let me start by saying that my experience with these doorbell cameras extends to Arlo and Ring units that I have had or that my significant other has. The app is easy to use and very similar to Ring so an easy adjustment. The connection to the camera is pretty quick if I just want to check on things and the alert for motion detection comes within a couple of seconds of someone walking through the trigger area that I was able to set up. You can set it's sensitivity to motion, types of shapes such as animals or people, and the area that will cause the camera to engage. So, the free web backup and SD card are a great option if you don't want to have another monthly or annual subscription. It is pretty simple to unmount the camera and pull the SD card for review but it can't be at instant access and, with the service there is no chance for the memory card to fail. My girlfriend pays over 40% more for the same service and, so far, I cannot see much difference in picture quality, replay access, or function. It is a bit big but, for me, that tells someone that there is a camera watching and so I don't mind the bigger size. Durability... I dropped it in hardwood and nothing came apart and it still functions so, accidental drop test, lol. This unit is solid and, since it can be mounted with either screws or double sided tape, I was able to mount his on the doorframe to my apartment with no problems from management. The intercom functions well although, I had to figure out the access after someone rang the doorbell but that is just learning different software and not a problem. As my breezeway is well lit, I can't speak on thight vision but I am at the end of the corridor and I can clearly see the 40 feet to the end. You can change your voice which is pretty cool if you want to pretend to be a man to fool a stranger or to be a clown to mess with the neighbor kids. Wireless indoor bell is easy to get up and works as it should.Great product, more affordable than Ring from the product to the video service cost, equal quality in my opinion as far as function, and less expensive bit of peace of mind... Great product! Easy to install and set-up. Works just as good (if not better) than a Ring Doorbell, for more than half the price. Video and picture quality are very good. Doorbell rings on my phone when I have a visitor no matter where I am... work, out shopping, etc. I can even answer the doorbell from anywhere I'm located and talk to the person at the door. I also purchased the security camera for my back door, but best to connect using 2.4g wi-fi and NOT 5g.

Product is great I bought 3 then I ordered 3 more because they are so easy to install plus wireless and no subscription requiredThe only problem is the wall mount is already attached to doorbell camera and the SD card slot is located behind the wall mount .I had to use a flathead screwdriver to pry it off with rubber gloves to grip it and broke the mounting plate a little to open it so I gave 4 stars I have owned many security cameras in this is still the best one. It’s easy to charge stays charged a long time and it pretty much stays connected to your phone even if the Wi-Fi drops it reconnects easily. But the wall mount was a pain.

Love it. I can describe ALL the pros, but the most important thing is that I don’t have to pay for any subscription, and I can see all traffic that goes through on front of my apartment, if needed, through my cellphone. I Don’t have to worry about missing packages or opening or not to some characters. I have fully view 24/7 and the app alerts me when the battery has to be charge. It runs fine with the internet and has a chip as well. Is 1 of the smartest things I invested in!!!

This camera is amazing. It works perfectly. I can see who’s at my back door without opening the door. I can even change my voice to sound different. I absolutely love this camera. It was easy to install too

It was the best Video doorbell system I got! After trying those Ring,Blink and other video doorbells to my displeasure, I tried to search Amazon for other brands. Particularly having value for my money as primary consideration without sacrificing the features I deem necessary for a video doorbell.So I finally found this IEGEEK VIDEO DOORBELL CAMERA and readily purchase one.I readily activated and install it which was so easy and tested it for a whole day and I could not say anything I don’t like with it.It has everything I need for a video doorbell. No monthly subscription,it comes with a chime,it has an sd card slot for storage up to 256gb. And most of all it is easy to install and to activate.I recommended this to everyone to try it and you will never get disappointed.

So the instructions say that it’s a removal battery but you can’t even open it up anywhere and see where these batteries are to be removed and replaced. Also ,it comes with a charger and you can charge it, but I can’t even tell when it’s full or when it’s not it seems like this red light just stays on there and you never see like a green light or anything to let you know that it’s done charging. It has a good view and decent clarity. The night vision is decent. Also, it picks up detection even when it’s really windy outside, which is good for me. I think it’s a pretty decent camera kept my home secure for a good price. I just wish I knew how to charge it again.
