Go for it, it seems to work for me. I didn't experience any issues with mine.
It seems to be working. I could tell a difference on the amount of air I was getting. I still toss and turn, but I think that's other issues. As for breathing, this worked. It didn't smell funny, it was soft enough not to hurt or put pressure anywhere weird, and it was a noticeable difference both visually and functionally. I did not pull it out over night. I'm a 6 ft tall guy, and the orange set fit me just fine. I hadn't been sure on the size, but this one fit me fine and I'm a large man. Pretty inexpensive as well and I don't have to strap anything weird to my face.

Do not buy!
I’m an average sized guy and this doesn’t do anything for me. Do not buy if you’re over 5’10” or have a moderate sized nose or face. It does not even reach up into your nose to offer any assistance. It won’t even let me have a refund although the product was tried on.

A Genuine Life Changer
I have extremely narrow nasal valves and a slight deviated septum, for many years normal nasal breathing was difficult and I often felt I wasn’t getting enough air (or energy—I was always just so tired, needing way more sleep than it seemed I should need). I first found breath right strips, which helped tremendously, but only when I was wearing them. Then, I found these nasal dilators—they opened my nasal passages more than breath right strips, are much more comfortable to wear, AND the effects last even when I’m not wearing the dialator (I’m no doctor, but my best guess would be it physically stretched my nasal valves slightly / helped clear congestion). I usually only wear them at night, but my breathing all 24 hours of the day is miles better than it used to be. The amount of extra energy I now have is crazy. Note: they are slightly uncomfortable at first (I mean you usually don’t have something like this in your nose, so that makes sense), but it only took me a few hours to get used to them and after a few nights/weeks of nightly wearing my body got comfortable and they stopped falling out during the night. BUY THESE!!!

Missing half the order
4 or 5 stars from the one night I've used the product and how much better I breathed vs other nasal dilators. I slept much better and woke up feeling a lot better as well. It's a little weird at first but you rapidly forget it's in place as you drift off to sleep. 1 star for the shipment and what was included. I ordered the 2 pack and only received one unit. It came only in the plastic case in a clear bag and not in the sealed cardboard exterior packaging, which sometimes products come in different packaging than what's shown on the site. The case "felt" like it was sealed when I popped it open the first time (like the latch felt like it broke a sealed piece of safety plastic though I didn't look closely), but when I remembered this morning that it was supposed to be a 2 pack and the other was missing as well as the outside packaging I found myself starting to second guess myself there. Now I'm a bit concerned this was an open box return and this unit could have possibly been previously used by another customer and sent back. THAT is a REALLY scary thought, as that's a biohazard issue if that's the case... I thoroughly washed it with antibacterial soap prior to my first use as I would anything else like this, but still... ugh...

Pretty good for something you shove up your nose.
Works pretty good. I personally can't wear it more than one night in a row or it hurts my nose. But it does help me breathe, which helps me get better rest, I think. It pushes your upper nostrils out a bit and makes your nose sort of wide in a weird spot. Maybe it's not noticeable to others, but to me it is. Even so, and despite the orange color, it's not really that noticeable at all. In a dimly-lit room, no one would evven notice. Unless they're staring you right in the nostrils. In that case, question why they're so invested in your nose. Look at them like they're the weirdo for noticing, roll your eyes, and move on.

Might work great for a smaller nose, not mine......
I use these dilators at night when sleeping, it helps some with snoring. These are well made and come with a nice container, but they fall out to easy at night. That is too bad, maybe I just have big snouts, I dunno, but these won't really work as I hoped for. I will try some different ones.

a necessity
I see a lot of negative reviews so I wanted to share my own experience. I've tried a few different things to improve airflow while I sleep, including nasal strips and another brand of nasal dilator. This brand took a little getting used to but is my favorite by far. My partner tells me that I snore much less and sleep much better with a nasal dilator in than without. I started out with nasal strips but those didn't make any difference. The other brand of nasal dilator was a little more comfortable, but used a plastic that would wear out quickly. AIRMAX nasal dilators are made of a silicon-like material that seems to last a lot longer. There is some friction, so these were uncomfortable to wear at first and I would alternate brands to give my nostrils a break. Now I just buy these. I would recommend to try for anyone with a snoring problem.

They Fall Out of Your Nose
The concept is great but they won't stay in my nose . Not enough outward pressure . Fell out during day and at night while I was wearing my CPAP. Twice they fell out onto my food plate. No Joke! I could feel the difference in my partially blocked nostril and was at first very pleased until they began falling loose and out on a number of occasions. Sadly, would not recommend them.

Finally some relief!!
This was excellent for me. I tried the plastic nasal dilators (the ones with cone shape) but they irrirtated the inside of my nose and the outside skin. I was sceptical about these at first so i didn't even try them. Today i remembered i had them and tried them out after my wife complained i snored last night. They were like magic. The rubber is firm but soft feeling. The actually let me have wonderful sleep for once (because i have bilateral nasal valve prolapse). I'm never sleeping without them again.
