Great quality flax and chia seeds. I love the blend of both seeds, which saved me from having to buy two different products and mix them.

Perfect for my greek yogurt!
Just what I needed for my greek yogurt. I dump a little in and chow down! If you're unaware, Flax and Chia are powerhouses of nutrition. Check it out: Fiber: Both are exceptionally high in fiber, which is crucial for digestive health. This fiber can help regulate bowel movements, stabilize blood sugar levels, and promote feelings of fullness. Omega-3 Fatty Acids: They are both excellent plant-based sources of omega-3 fatty acids, particularly alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Omega-3s are known for their heart-health benefits. Protein: Both seeds provide a good source of plant-based protein. Vitamins and Minerals: They contain various vitamins and minerals, including: Magnesium Phosphorus Manganese Calcium Iron Antioxidants: Both flax and chia seeds contain antioxidants, which help protect the body against damage from free radicals. Also: Flaxseeds need to be ground to get the full nutritional benefit of the Omega 3's. Chia seeds can be eaten whole.

FANTASTIC PRODUCT
Super product. I put 1 tablespoon in my morning smoothie. It blends very well with my fruit and veggies and leaves no after taste. This product has helped with keeping me regular and too, it has possibly helped lower my blood work numbers (at least that's what my numbers display). I've already purchased 2 bags and on my 3rd. I will continue to order this product blend from Terrasoul when needed (as long as the price continues to be good as it is now. I'm even considering subscribing). I certainly recommend this product.
