easy instructions, nice flavours and easyish to drink down as it is thicker. Brightly boxed and packaged with lots of information to support the product. A gelatinous type drink to surpress the feeling of hunger. It does work.

I started by using the Slimshotz weight loss support drink before each of my 3 daily meals as directed, however, I quickly changed to just one daily ahead of my main evening meal. This was due to the stomach discomfort I felt when having my usual porridge (which includes soluble fibre).Taking one sachet before my evening meal definitely suppresses my appetite but also removes the urge to snack late at night (my downfall!).The pack contains 21 sachets (intended as a 7 day supply which is lasting me longer). This drink is vegetarian, vegan, and gluten /dairy-free.Opening the sachets was a little fiddly as the tear off part wasn't in the correct place so needed to be cut with scissors.The instructions are to add to 150ml of water - I found I needed to stir pretty well to remove the grainy residue and the texture ends up like wallpaper paste if you don't drink it immediately. Although the sachet contents smell fruity, the solution is rather tasteless.One unfortunate side effect for me (particularly when taking the full daily amount) was slimy stools although this has since lessened.Overall, the £16.99 price tag seems good value for money and these could be ideal for kickstarting weight loss or ahead of a holiday or social event.

I wanted to like these but the drink itself did not taste that great. I think id have rather taken this in tablet form as having to drink a whole glass full of this stuff was not pleasant in the slightest.The effects this had did seem to work and I lost a little bit of weight (not masses but there was a slight change in numbers on the scale)

I've got a holiday coming up and wanted to try and shed some weight before hand.These shots come as individual sachets that you add to water. They are to be taken 30 mins before eating and should work by making you feel full quicker so you eat less. Obviously they aren't going to work if your eating unhealthily so some will power is also needed.As soon as you open these you can smell that they are fruity. I added them to flavoured water and they taste really fruity. They don't have an aftertaste, and as my hubby will attest, i can taste when anything has been added to my food or drink, i will say though that they leave a residue in my mouth, i can feel it on my teeth but it doesn't last long and it doesn't taste nasty.I don't have a large appetite,i don't like to eat until I'm full, i really don't like to have that full feeling ( it's a pity that so many calories are in small servings of chocolate, desserts, or anything that isn't classed as food), so i wasnt sure how these would make me feel but i didn't notice an obvious feeling of feeling full.I'm not sure these are working in the way advertised but i think the fibre that is present in them is definitely having an effect so I may be able to shed the required pounds before my holiday.

I have some experience and some preferences with glucomannan and associated products - so I'll do my best with this review...This product: comes in little finger sachets, approx 7m shelf life, and has a good fruity taste and smells amazing as soon as you open it. I really like how you can keep a few sachets handy in your bag.In use: see pictures and video. I have followed the instructions to add to water and stir. This was easy.After: tastes as good as it smells. As soon as stirring has stopped its a little grainy on the sides of my bottle but soon becomes smooth. To be fair a good shake will probably mix it better, but i was one handed for the video. It does mix well as it soon went smooth in any case.My experience and glucomannan: we all know what volume Gluco can take, and we all know what it's like trying to get bare Gluco down the hatch as a drink when fully expanded. In my experience, I would say this has the 'full' amount of Gluco in each serving due to the fact it can take up so much volume with 150ml of water. I've had other products in the past that just don't create the volume which makes me think there's less Gluco in it than in other-other products. If you don't mind drinking the jelly type result, this product will be perfect as it is Berry flavoured. If you're like me, I'd chug it down fast! That is not a reflection of this product, that's just Gluco in general.

Tastes nice but does have a gelatinous texture, which might not be to some peoples' taste.

I did this for a week and it did really help me with my weight loss journey as I did lose weight. I did find that I had more energy whilst using it and I am really impressed with the quality of the ingredients. I didn’t have any unwanted side-effects or any problems and I’m pleased with the taste of the drinks as well because they tasted really nice. There wasn’t any yucky aftertaste or smell to them either which was brilliant. I think it is a product that works and therefore I do happily recommend it. The value for money in my opinion is excellent and I will definitely get this again.
