disappointing pre-work
This doesn't have the pump or drive I normally get from the pre-workouts I buy.There is no citrulline malate or beta-alanine in this, instead the first ingredient is malto-dextrin (sugar).You get a lot of servings out of the tub, claims 40 and for £12 that's good value.However the tub I received had the expiry date rubbed out, I wonder if it's already expired?Personally don't recommend, not a very good ingredients.

pretty good not the flavour for me though.
this pre-workout comes in a tub that is well sealed and contains a pack of dessicant to keep the contents dry but unfortunately of the three flavours I have tried all have arrived with large clumps where the contents has come into contact with moisture.the texture is also a little less fine than i'd usually expect for a pre-workout powder but if i worked out the lumps and gave it a very vigorous shake it was pretty good at mixing into the water without too much problem.i was only taking a single dose pre-workout as i have an existing supplementation regimen in place for my daily meal plan already and at the recommended dose i didn't really feel any noticeable effects during my workout that let me know it was was doing something but with the ingredients it contains that's not the best metric. all of my workouts recently have been successful with a decent recovery time so this certainly didn't hind things even if i can't speak to it's direct contributions.I found all three flavours to be pretty much the same in terms of product with the only thing of note difference wise being their actual taste.the passion fruit was my least favourite and aligns with the same experience i had with their titan recovery powder in the same flavour. it is drinkable but just not a flavour i personally enjoy.
