Bought for my boyfriend, his head is 24.25". Fits a little loose, but not overly too big. Still comfortable and still wearable.

I really enjoy this hat because I have finally found something that fits my big head and doesn't squeeze it! It breathes well, and blocks out the sun. The color is great, and I think it is a hood value for the money.

Love this hat. I am a size 8 but always want the backwards hat option, that doesn't really work with the MLB style fitted hats. This is the perfect summer hat for me, it is on the third setting and truly looks like any normal sized hat when I wear it, it just fits right. Fabric and feel is great, and does not feel cheap. Will be ordering another color

Nice baseball cap that gives lots of airflow. Whether I am working in the yard or riding my bike or hiking, this baseball cap is more comfortable because of the good airflow and I don't feel as hot as I would with a hat that is regular fabric all around.

Heed! Pants! Now!I’ve got a big old head. In high school they had to special order my football helmet because I couldn’t squeeze any of the normal ones on. I only wore fitted hats for years because I could SOMETIMES find an 8 that was cut big and make it work with some stretching. Snapback hats? Not since about 1983. Then in the 90s I discovered a wonderful thing. Sometimes a SnapBack trucker hat would fit perfectly depending on the brand. I fell in love with the trucker hats but finding one that fit was still a struggle. Until I started ordering XXL hats here on Amazon. I’m a designer so I usually make some kind of logo or graphic for the hats out of vinyl or an embroidered patch or even screen printing. The hats will take pretty much anything. They fit great. I’m on about the 4th snap so right in the middle. Plenty of room. The hats look nice. The breathable mesh in the back isn’t just plastic mesh like a regular trucker hat, it’s a super lightweight quick dry fabric that is perforated with about a million holes so it stays cool and dry and comfortable. I would say that even though the silhouette of the hat reads as, “trucker hat” it’s a bit more elevated and grown up looking than a traditional trucker hat and looks higher quality.

Good airflow for all day usage with nice airflow, bill is big enough to be able to block the sun, and a basic black hat for the wardrobe. The selling point is the size is large for a big head. That's exactly what my Dad needed and he said this is a nice hat.
