This hat is great! I soak it and use it when I mow the yard and it does a great job of keeping the sun off of my face and keeping me cool.

I got this hat for kayaking trips but also brought it out to Zion National Park. Like a fool, we did a hike in 104 degree temps. Luckily, we did the hike along a river and was able to dip the hat in the river and put it back on my head to help cool me down. I also wrapped it around my neck in an attempt to further cool down. Once we got back to the tram, the air conditioning further cooled the damp hat which continued to provide relief. I also like the snaps on the hat to change up the look from a bucket style to a different look.

Use this for ocean fishing. Its been a lifesaver. Wouldnt necessarily say its "cooling" but it def stays wet for quite a bit. I also like that you can adjust the brim to keep up or down. Been using this hat for 2 years. Washes up nice as well

Honestly I'd buy this hat again. It fits my dome so perfectly, kept the sun out of my face and neck, and kept me cool during a very hot camping trip. It's lightweight, super breathable, and dries quickly when you need it to (aka when it's HOT). I was at our campsite sweltering and made multiple trips to the potable water spigot to drench this hat and wring it out like a towel. It felt so amazing to place this soppy hat on my head and it still kept its shape. The color and print design are awesome, I love that you can button the sides, and the price is well worth it! This hat is definitely going to replace my other sun hats. 100000% recommended.

I've bought a couple of these over the years and I love them so much. They are perfect to just fold up and throw in a backpack, car or wherever for hot and sunny days. I pair this with a sun hoodie for long days on my kayak. They offer great sun protection, and you can dunk them in some water for an amazing cooling effect. You can't actually adjust the size, but I'm a 7 1/2 and it feels very comfortable. It says 7 3/4 but I think even an 8 would fit okay.

It’s a nice hat, but it’s pretty flimsy and made of thin material.

I love this hat! I have another Mission hat for gardening but I wanted a colorful one for traveling. This fits perfectly & is very comfortable. I especially liked that it folds up & fits in a purse or pocket.
