It's been about a month since I started using Hoffman's Cold Pressed Avocado Oil spray and am simply in love with it. It's a one stop solution for all my cooking needs across all cuisines - frying, roasting, saute, salads etc. It's by far the best avocado oil available in the market - clean ingredients, nuetral taste, high smoke point make it an outstanding choice. I never thought that a 200 ml bottle could last so long - I actually need to use a minimal quantity of spray for every preparation. I strongly recommend giving this a try once for all the health conscious guys.

"I'm obsessed with this avocado oil spray bottle! It's so convenient for cooking and adds a delicious flavor to my dishes. Quality and Effectiveness
Great product! It easily gets greasy enough in just a few sprays. Taste is pretty decent, never had an avocado oil before so totally impressed! Could really help in cutting down on calories. Totally worth it!

Good quality packaging. Oil quality is good, mild aroma and doesn’t alter the taste of dishes. Takes a while to get the hang of using the spray bottle. There are differnt ways to use it based on the amount of oil required . However I still feel the amount of oil dispensed is more so a light drizzle is better than steam or spray if you are trying to reduce oil consumption.

Never Going Back to Pouring Oil Again
Absolutely love this cooking spray! It’s honestly the best addition to my weight loss journey — I’ve already lost 2.5 kgs since I started using it. The healthiest oil
This is my 6th month using the Hoffman Avocado oil and I write from experience. I have CAD( coronary artery disease/ multiple blockages in the heart) and my doctor has advised avocado oil and not olive oil. And I can say this with utmost certainty that this is the real deal.Rich in monounsaturated fats (especially oleic acid, heart-healthy) Contains vitamin E, lutein (good for eyes), and antioxidants. Naturally cholesterol-free and low in saturated fat. What else could I want?!? I use this avocado oil for all of my cooking and wouldn’t want to change it for anything ever. Thank you Hoffman!
