I think this tea helps with blood circulation. I feel better when I drink this tea on a daily basis.

Just had first time now. Pleasant tea. How it works for sugar control don't know, one more tea in my collection.

Was very pleased to find you carry it when the health food store has not been carrying it for a while.

I haven't skateboarded much and I've been Sweating a lot lately. But with this product, I was able to get back to my old ways!

Using it for immune system and blood circulation

I feel better circulation and less sluggish and "blocked" when drinking this. I am caffeine sensitive, and trying to lower my intake but sometimes need a boost in the morning for work which has been busy lately. So I mix my morning tea bags with 4 of these daily to offset the caffeine's vasoconstriction properties. My BP rises much less when I mix it with this rising to only 130/90 when caffeinated vs. without this it can go as high as 140/100.It's more cost effective to buy the herbs in the ingredients in bulk from reputable Chinese providers but for a quick fix this does the job well.

The product is okay but did not make much difference in me or maybe I might have to buy more than one box.
