These gloves do not explicitly tell you that you can work on high voltages or any open circuit. In my experience using these gloves, they are absolutely safe. I have not use them on anything over 240 V at 60 A. they work as intended and very well made.

This insulated electrical gloves are comfortable and easy to wear. Quality is good but the protection the provided can be better. Only the palm is made of isolated material. The top of the hand is not. However, it provides a basic protection for a small job at home

These gloves are rated way beyond it, but they're nice and comfortable, and I was handling 120v lines with them tonight trying to debug some three-way switches. Definitely did their job protecting me - didn't even get a tingle.
