Worked great for sealing my bathroom sink. I hope it also will be work on our metal roofing as it also leaks bad.

Item is thick and prevents leaks, but after some time it will take on a whiteish hue that makes any place you used it on stand out as a patch job.

this product took care of every leak i had on my metal roof. highly recommend this product. when i applied it i put it on with a paint brush using strokes across ways and then up and down strokes. it works great

This fixed a gutter leak at the corner after one application and multiple failed attempts with flex seal. I used clear. It is thick, sets quickly, easy to apply with a disposable paint brush.

Used this to prevent water from coming into my basement and works just as said!

I bought this to seal up six leaking seams in rain gutters. My problem was gutters were 24 feet high and I had a 16 foot ladder, so you can do the math. The paint brush I used on a 8 foot pole could not apply this sealant with enough pressure to be effective. You really need to put his on with heavy brush strokes loaded with the sealant and unfortunately I was not in the position on the ladder to do that heavy enough. After sealing up six seams with one coat, it rained 48 hrs later and all seams still leaked. Im not giving up on the product. I'll try to heavy brush it on once I rent a 28 ft ladder. But, to be effective, I believe you have to brush it on from a foot away with heavy pressure strokes and lots of the sealant on the paint brush. Also, its real sticky so wear disposable gloves to make clean up much easier.

Applied to chimney flashing leak. this stuff finds holes and seals. Thin and flows enough to get into cracks yet thick enough to control where you want it. Used many different roof patches and sealers, this one beats everything. One application, no more leaks.
