I use a lot of loose leaf paper for notes at work. It's a holder over from my college days of just taking good notes in meetings. The challenge is keeping all of that paper organized. For the most part I just used manilla folders and tucked them away in file cabinets. These have the distinction of my easily being able to fold the cover back and write directly in it so once I load it with paper, I use it like a clip board. Each month I just start a new one. Essentially when they designed this they said why do we need the thick spine and got rid of it,Pro's+ Makes it easy to organize loose paper+ Love the fold back front, OR that I can use the front as the clip board. It's slightly larger than a clip board width wise, but fits easily on my desk.+ Holds a lot of paper. My plan is using one a month, and it easily expands to hole 200+ sheets of paper.+ you can use standard 3 ring binder dividers in it+ Still fits in my file cabinet hanging folders+ The front section can be used as a cover with a sheet insert to add your own "book cover" so to speak+ I like that come in a 4 pack+ I like the inside pocket. If I'm in a meeting and get a handout its a nice place to store until I can punch holes in the document and add it to the folderCons- i really don't have anyNeutral+/- It does save space, but the rings still make it about an inch thick, So getting rid of the spine of the old ring binders is done, but you still have some height+/- Unlike a ring binder with a spine, they don't really stand up securely on a book shelf on their own. Stuff it between 2 items it will stay upright thoughOverall, if you have a bunch of paper and a hole punch, this is a nice solution that works will in meetings and on a desk. I wish I had these in college, where I just used a binder clip, as a 3 ring notebook took up too much space in my back pack.

Didn’t know I care about a binder folding like a notebook would until I got these! Don’t think I’ll be going back to the standard style after this. These feel very sturdy and I like that I can slide in a cover page easily

I didn't really understand what the 'telescoping' feature in these binders was but was curious so ordered one. I was thrilled to discover that the binders lay flat in a book stand or easel. That makes working on a project so convenient, more so than working from a flat horizontal table. It's easy to type notes from the easel, easy to turn pages, easy to follow printed instructions. The binder's left cover will fold completely back. If left open, it is easy to turn pages in a stand and pages remain flat. It would be nice if you could fold the binder back with pages and remain completely flat, but that isn't possible with this design. Nevertheless, being able to refer to working documents from an easel and see the pages on a flat surface is a great asset, and it makes the somewhat pricey binders worth the price. If you need the ability to work on a projecct from a stand, this binder is foryou!

The Customizable Front Cover allows for personalization and easy identification of the binder's contents, which is handy for organization. The 1 inch rings are sufficient for holding a moderate amount of paper. These serve their purpose well for keeping my documents organized.

I'd never seen a binder like this before and ordered it to try it out. It only "grows" in thickness as it fills, making it much easier to store. But you can also fold it back behind itself and use it like a clipboard, jotting stuff on it.I'm going to use it for permanent organization of things, not for daily use. I think a traditional hard cover binder would be better for daily use.But the covers on these are very nice and sturdy and should be excellent for archival use!I really hope this idea catches on!

I love these. I think the value is great, and it's perfect for my portfolios. My only complaint is that the binder rings (at times) do not perfectly line up, so some papers get stuck. Other than that, it's great.

Theses binders are made well. I attend Bible college and needed some note books for my studies. These are sturdy and quality. I like the function of being able to lay flat or flip the front cover to the back. Very useful. Cost effective, too. I’m very happy with them.
