It is as advertised. So far no issues. I haven't tried big incline yet. I will amend review after a long trip and comment. The fact that its light and easy and quick to fold is a huge plus.

Wheelchair is comfortable and easy to drive. Battery life is great since there are 2 battery packs. Takes less than 5 minutes to switch the joystick control from left armrest to right arm rest. I wish the arm rests were longer. Speed is fast, recommend keeping speed on low level if others are walking alongside you. Good for the price.

I received this item today & it worked fine. When I plug in the charger to charge it, charger light won't go on.I read the instruction manual & it said it needs 220V wall plug. I am purchasing a step-up transformer now so I can charge it with 220V current. This wheelchair has been a game changer for us. My husband can now go outside for all of the activities he was missing due to Parkinson's. At thirty pounds, it is also light enough that I can fold and lift it in and out of our SUV, but we are investing in some lightweight ramps to assist with that. The navigation control isn't as responsive as our more expensive, inside motorized wheelchair, but this one will do for short term, periodic use. We also bought a more comfortable seat pad, as it was not as comfortable as he desired. Overall, very pleased with the purchase, and will be back to update if anything changes.

I have had it charging for 2 days and the meter does not show full, green lights, I don’t know if it is the batter(ies) or the meter or ??? It does run well, a little heavier then I was was expecting, but . . . The power meter defect has to be rectified, I’ll let you know how effective service is. Getting the batteries into their spots was a bear and it is obvious that English is not the primary language in the manual. The chair can be used as is but it would be iffy on a long day outing, I wouldn’t trust the power meter, keep the charging brick with you.

Great battery life, not heavy at all, about 30 lbs. Wasn't sure about the purchase being that it's a little over budget but glad I got it
