Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted to get something for my elderly parents since we live a distance apart, and the weather chaos creates more and more power outages.I looked at some consumer reviews and industry reviews for a user-friendly and reliable generator. I mainly wanted them to be able to charge their phone, run a lamp/fan, and have something portable for the car.They really like this generator. I practiced the solar panel setup and basic operation with my mom and she has it down, even though something like this is REALLY unique for her in her life experience.I think it is a well made product with a great design. The charging speed and battery life are impressive. It gives me peace of mind for my folks. I just got one for myself and have been taking it camping. It is so lightweight and quick to set up with the panels.I highly recommend this for anyone, and especially for seniors who are not tech oriented. Thanks Jackery.

Can't go wrong with this purchase. Portable, lightweight, compact and very useful. Holds charge for a long time and would definitely purchase another one. It's for small items like cell phones, chargers, small appliances, laptops, computers on the go. Great for power outages, camping, cookouts, parties, etc. The bright orange color is helpful when storing, you can always find it.

Works great, Almost a month of camping and recharged my rechargeable hearing aids every night, plus a couple lights.

Put it through it's paces on a camping trip. It works like a charm. It's light and has a convenient carry handle. The solar panels are nice and work fine. Unit is well built and it comes with an app.The reason I only gave it 4 stars was because it took hours to charge up a very small camping van and before it was finished charging, the fan drained almost half the energy of the little Jackery.Otherwise, I like it and it's convenient to have in an emergency to charge your phone in case of a hurricane. I haven't tested it on a laptop. I'm happy it has solar panels. That is a plus!

We bought this mostly for emergencies, which we rarely have in our area. I charged this when I first got it months ago and the battery still has a 100% charge. its easy to use, great quality, a good value for the price, works well and has the functionality described. I use the bluetooth from my phone to check the battery charge, which is also a nice feature.

Love this unit. Great for camping. This guy powered an off grid experience all weekend for us. Lights, radio, speakers, phone, etc.Feel good about having it in case of emergency as well. Charged up fast, Solar panels performed without issue.

Perfect for us. We are in an apartment, and live in Houston. When storm pass over, we lose electricity, so this will keep us going to have internet and can use it for a large fan while we try to sleep during the night. Should also be great for our cell phones. I am going to buy an electric cooler next as a companion so we can keep ice going.

Worked as expected. Ended up returning because I underestimated how much solar I’d need, but my bad for not researching. This charged my laptop multiple times and I used a heated car blanket with it too
