Q: the plug does not fit any of the eu/toothbrush/shaver plugs I’ve tried. The pins are round, the adapter plug holes are t shaped with a rounded top.

The plug is fitted with a UK 2-pin shaver plug that should fit into any UK bathroom shaver socket. You cannot use a UK 2-pin plug in the European sockets. This is due to the fact that the pins are wider on the UK 2-pin plug. To use your Braun FaceSpa in a European socket, you would need a plug adapter. Your Braun Team
