I have low iron which has been causing hair loss for me. My dermatologist recommended I take it for 3 months and then we’ll recheck it. I currently take 3 tablets a day although the label recommends 1. It doesn’t taste/smell bad or make me feel nauseous. It is a little constipating but not as much as others I’ve taken over the years. I’ve just increased my fiber intake which is regulating my system. It’s great quality. Pills are on the smaller side and easy to swallow.

Opted in for iron supplements instead of weekly infusions during pregnancy. Got the job done!! Super easy to swallow. Smell and taste was slightly metal-like but it is iron so that’s to be expected. Did not upset my stomach or cause any constipation but would recommend taking a stool softener just in case! So many pills for the money!

The pills are really easy to swallow and got my iron level up to normal in just 2 weeks. I will continue taking them for a while until my red blood cell levels are stable. No stomach problems from these pills. A good value too.

I take things religiously one in the morning and one at night I've been taking them for quite a while now since I received my order. Did I get any relief from neuropathy . I quit taking the gabapentin which I was on with hopes that these would relieve my pain or lessen it at least. I was taking 100 mg gabapentin which is a joke. Told my doctor he said you should be on at least 400 mg three times a day. So I'm taking the gabapentin again along with these and I seem to have gotten great relief. Do you sing did these help with my relief of pain they may have I know things take a while to build up in your system. I'm going to continue taking them until I run out then I will just you on the gabapentin and I will let you know if there's any change in my relief.
