I became interested in making my own press on sets, as they can get expensive and it can be hard to find the designs or colors you like in certain shapes & lengths. After months of research on gel safety, I finally purchased what I needed to start doing gel nails. I was unsure of a top & base coat, I wanted a set that included Matte top coat, and I wanted no wipe (I still wipe it anyways). Forums had me scared, they said to stay away from any gels from Amazon, but I came across this brand which had many good reviews. I figured I could at least try it for the price, and I am glad I did!! I tested all 3 under my nail lamp (Bolasen Halo 10) for both 30 seconds, and 60 seconds. At 60 seconds it had a slight yellow tint (it was over cured), at 30 seconds it was perfect and not tacky on the underside when I peeled it off the wax paper. The no wipe top coat was not tacky on the top either, but I still wiped with alcohol and a lint free wipe just to help reduce the risk of any allergies. The Matte top coat did not take away from any of the color & was also not tacky on the top, however, I still wiped that too. In the photo I used the base coat under, and the top coats over iGel Beauty #105 Pink Orchid. I would recommend & purchase again! Great value for the money! The bottle size is nice, you get 3- 10ml bottles for under $10. It is a little thicker than it is runny, but I personally prefer that because it’s easier to control. In my unbiased opinion, the quality is actually really nice for being from Amazon. NOTE: Curing your gel properly is EXTREMELY important, 30 seconds in my lamp could be 60 seconds in yours. How your gel is curing can depend on many different factors. I’ve noticed a majority (not all) of issues people have with gel is just user error. Please do your research & **always** test your products and lamp BEFORE using them on yourself or anyone else! 😊

I was worried this wouldn’t be as good as the popular name brand gels, especially because of the tpo free formula, but honestly it’s even better!!! It goes on so smoothly and it’s self leveling so it doesn’t have streaks like the other brands. It’s also extremely shiny. I LOVEEE it and am so happy I came across it.

My daughter (licensed nail tech) uses this for my nails. She comes once a month to do them and my nails always last. I rarely have any chipping, and it's usually due to me doing something of high impact on my nails. I love how strong this makes my nails, it's easy to put on and well worth it's cost.

I like the regular topcoat. It has a more plastic feel than others, but no methacrylate, so I can use it. The basecoat contains isobornyl methacrylate and causes an allergic reaction for me. TLDR; Some of the polishes are free of methacrylates, some are not. If you have allergies, I recommend you check the ingredients as soon as you get them. I have allergic reactions to Sensationail, ibd, and Gelish polishes, so I’ve been looking for a polish that avoids the major allergens. I am writing one review for all the polishes I’ve ordered from Aimeili in my quest for allergy free gel nails. Alas, I'm not being paid for these reviews, I was just frustrated that I couldn't find ingredient info so decided to (over)share. My experience with the polishes: The quality of Aimeili polishes is great, easy to do thin coats but doesn’t flood the cuticles. Customer service answers questions about ingredients quickly. I was confused by the different labels on the actual bottles, thinking the black bar indicated allergen free, but there seems to be no correlation between label and ingredients. Not all of their polishes are methacrylate free. In fact ALL of their basecoats have isobornyl methacrylate. I’m very grateful that I can wear some of their polishes, though. Even though I can’t wear their basecoats I’m wearing 2 coats of a color polish (036) with their no-wipe top coat, without any allergic reaction. It starts chipping after 48 hours, of course, but I am looking into basecoats from Luxie Nail. I’m also going to try Orly Bonder as a base under Aimeili gels. I emailed Aimeili and they confirmed that the Cat Eye polish (set 48) and Galaxy Paranoid polish (set 18) have the Color Coat ingredients and DO NOT contain isobornyl methacrylate. I’m going to guess that the same is true of set 21, and I’m keeping all 3. The formula is extremely durable. I have not had any chips or flaking for weeks but he'll allergy is still there. I was sad that I still got blisters with the HEMA free formula. I can not apply to my nails , I have to go do the nails first and then apply and the no wipe top coat has to be wiped down with alcohol to avoid blisters. Overall great product if you don't have gel allergies.

NOTE: I bought 4 kits as was doing polygel nails and therefore needed: polygel, dehydrator, primer, Rubber base, polish, topcoat, so i cant be positive if my allergic reaction was to all or just one of there products. Had bad allergic reaction, product is supposed to be hypoallergenic. Woke up with my fingers numb and tingly, nail-beds swollen and red. Had to take them off as soon as I woke up, very disappointed, and wasted many hours and now have damaged nails and skin. If you do NOT have a problem with allergies this product will probably work great for you and lesson the risk of reaction, however the fact that it is marketed for people with allergies I give it a 1 star as it failed me and i'm very disappointed. Yes I did do a 24 hr test on one nail first, but that finger was on my less sensitive hand and for some reason it didn't react till later. As far as application the product was good.

Very strong smell like acrylics from 20 years ago. Makes Mr wonder what's in it. 🤮

I’ve order this product before and loved it! However, this time there appears to be something defective with the base coat. The brush got all deformed (probably from UV light). I switched out a different brush from a different container and the same thing happened to the second brush. So I think there is something wrong with the bottle. No issues with the other two top coats. So I’m disappointment with the base coat issue.
