Works pretty good.
I see a lot of bad reviews on this product add I'm having no issues with this seat post and I'm 300 lb and it's not bending or anything like a lot of reviews say.

The tube kinked at the support brace - total fail
As the title says, the tube kinked at the support bracket because the metal is too thin and weak. I'm only 180 pounds, and ride paved streets and trails. This happened within about 50 miles of use.

Best mod for my fat ass.
I get better extension on my legs to peddle more efficiently with this seatpost on my 2019 GT Mach One 24" bmx criuser.

I reinforced it by sliding a pipe inside it.
I bought the 27.2mm size and the inside diameter is 24mm or .945inch. The material its made with has a wall thickness of roughly 1.5mm or .059in. I only gave it 4 stars because it is so thin. The 24mm tube was tight going in so I had to tap on it with a wooden block. Then I put a small dent in the bottom of the seat post so the inside tube couldn't work its way out the bottom. Now I trust it won't bend and I am happy with my purchase.

Make sure when you order this you know the diameter of your seat tube.
This is not a standard diameter seat tube.

Bent below the support bar...
I mostly bought a layback seat pole for the style! I liked the way it looked but after only 4 or five bike rides I started feeling off center and riding with no hands became very challenging. Upon further inspection my seat pole began folding at the point directly below where the support bar connects back to the base. I'm bummed about the seat poles lack of strength but I have to remind myself that it was for style points more than anything and my fat tire bike looks great without a layback. I was doing no jumps or anything out of the normal of cruising and this pole failed me. I'm 225 pounds and I'm very nice to my bike...
