Good quality product
I'm very particular about the supplements I take, and StayAlive's Ashwagandha supplement meets all my criteria. It's manufactured under GMP standards and contains no artificial flavors or colors. Improvement in sleep and stress relief
Ashwagandha has been known for many benefits but I particularly take them for my inner insomniac self. I thought of trying this Brand's Ashwagandha capsules and let me tell you it has been working wonders for me. I've felt calmer and more rested since I started using them. On the plus side, its quite easy to swallow and usually I have tried other brands' ashwagandha supplement and it would leave a very bad aftertaste, but when it comes to StayAlive's Ashwagandha I did not feel the same, absolutely zero aftertaste and side effect. Genuinely, a must try product!!

Is it 900mg or 9000MG
First and foremost I should not have to figure out what the real dosage is.....on the front of the bottle it says 9000mg. That's what sold me....when I received it the actual amount is 900mg and in fine print it says "10:1 extract, equivalent to 9kmg of ashwaganda" .....understanding how to calculate net carbs from nutritional facts is simple.....this is confusing. Someone explain that to me.....until someone makes this sense for me, 3 stars will remain on this review. When it's misleading I'm misachieving lol

genuinely outstanding
I tried this product after reading a lot about its possible relaxation, and strength properties. My workdays are getting easier, and I'm having less trouble staying motivated and focused. I wholeheartedly recommend trying these Ashwagandha capsules.

Allergic reaction
Let me preface this by saying that I take ashwagandha regularly and have tried many brands. So when I started itching, I didn't immediately guess that it was caused by this ashwagandha. I tried eliminating the itchiness by omitting other things from my life (detergents were one), but nothing helped. So I went to my dermatologist. He asked if I had introduced anything new into my diet or started taking any new supplements. That's when it dawned on me that I had started taking a different brand of ashwagandha. But I had also started taking a different brand of sea moss, so I initially just stopped taking my supplements for a couple of months. The itching went away, so I started reintroducing the supplements slowly until I started itching again. Turns out, it was this ashwagandha. As soon as I stopped taking it, itchiness went away. Kept taking the other supplements and no itchiness. So I threw these in the trash. Never again.
