Really well cut and therefore flattering. Great for ashore and out on the water. Stops the wind but does not impede movement when sailing and cuts down the bulk under a life jacket. Washes well and still looks like new. I hope this garment is not discontinued anytime soon.

The crew vest, though advertised as "womens" can also be worn by men. Its another well designed and stylish looking garment from Helly Hansen. It fits perfectly and zips up comfortably. Ample pockets for your keys/phone etc and offers reasonable protection from light rain or splashes. It is surprisingly warm to wear too and ideal if a full coat would be too restricting.Love it.

My wife likes the style and functionality of this best. She is a UK size 12 and the Medium size fits snugly over a shirt and thin fleece making it great for breezy days when walking or on the water. The fabric is very windproof and also waterproof with taped seams. She likes the high collar with the warm micro fleece lining. She also likes the fitted shape and the extra length at the rear. The drawcord at the waist keeps out the draughty too.The look is very chic yachting/boating style and the various touches such as the contrast pocket zips, the red hanger loop and, of course, the Helly Hansen logo make for a very trendy yet practical piece.

It's a lovely well made Crew vest - a small medium size, but still lovely.The zips are well done and good quality material.A bit expensive though.

Whether you're hitting the water or just wandering around on land, the gillet is a flexible, lightweight and easy to move around option. This one - from usually sailing manufacturer Helly Hansen looked just the option for these warmer days.First impressions were good - this is a pretty thin item but with multiple layers to provide some warmth. The general build quality is reasonable - notably around the zips which look robust. The fit is fairly slim and tight however the arm cut is high enough to provide movement, as is the fabric on the body. Colour looks pretty similar to the images, while plenty of pockets, a high neck at the back and option to hang up finish the item nicely.Overall, what you've got therefore is a pretty nice all round item. Decent fit, quality and style combined.

Helly Hansen Women's W Crew Vest is as always a good quality item from one of my favourite sport's wear brand. I love the smoothness of the material as well as the neatness of the product. It fits well and for me personally is a great addition either for an extra layer for warmth or for a light coverup.A quality item which like all of Helly Hansen's products washes well and comes up good as new.Very happy to recommend.
