Mine had a problem booting up properly. I spent days with their service department. They had me removing and reinstalling the CMOS battery on the motherboard, updating the BIOS, downloading and re-installing Windows ( the download took 10 hours and kept timing out) , and other things. When nothing worked, they just shuffled me around from one department to another. It was under warranty but they made sure I could not get it approved for repair by them. I wish I'd read reviews of their customer service before buying.

This AIO computer has all you need and doesn't skimp on features. It comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse. The keyboard is rechargeable and comes with the charging cable. The computer came preinstalled with Windows 11. After a few standard updates, the computer was ready for use. USB access is available on the back of the computer screen and on the side. The computer starts up quickly, has plenty of storage, and enough memory that it won't be outdated in a few years. I have had luck in the past with Lenovo products and this one reaffirms my conviction. You won't go wrong with this model of Lenovo AIO computer.

I will NEVER buy a computer without built-in Wi-Fi again! An adapter was sent with the computer, but it was junk. At first, seller said it must be that I’m too far from the router, but the computer was in the same spot as my former computer that had built in Wi-Fi and had no issues connecting. I was finally sent a second adapter, which was also junk. I have bought three different kinds of adapters, and the Wi-Fi still always drops and usually at the most inconvenient time. After over a year of dealing with this issue, I finally moved it to my print shop where it doesn’t need Wi-Fi As often. I would give the computer itself more stars as it’s good despite the Wi-Fi issue, however, I usually only read the fives and the ones and I want to make sure anyone buying this computer knows how terrible the Wi-Fi situation is. If you can hook up with an ethernet cable, I would recommend this computer, if not, stay far away from it.
