It's an excellent product but as with all supplements one must allow time to see good results, and you'll feel them.

I dislike turmeric & it upsets my tummy. But I am happy that this formula seems to be working without distress. The capsules are medium size/thickness. Liposomal & organic is the best way to ingest this nutrient.

Excellent quality/product and a good value too.I bought this to help my cats with their arthritis. Not only has it helped them with their mobility but it seems to have also helped to calm my one cat's IBS!! A very nice and unexpected benefit!!The liposomal delivery (LD) helps it to pass through a cat's harsh stomach environment and into the GI tract where the bulk of their (& our) immune system takes up supplements, food, and other nutrition. I'd never choose any other product!This along with the bovine colostrum LD (made by the same company), has expotentially helped to improve the health of my cats.I chose to buy a human product for my cats because my vet recommended this dose 2xs/day for one of my cats with 2 limpomas. I take my cat's to a traditional and holistic vet. They work together to make sure all basis are covered. The other kitties I use 1/4 capsule 2xs/day and it's helped a lot. My 14 year old was having a really hard time jumping up and down from the sofa. We'd have to pick her up and put her down. After about two weeks we began to see a change. She'd get up/down w/the use of a the ottoman & a curved cat scratcher. After about a month she began to skip the ottoman and at six weeks she now gets up/down w/out any help!I also use CBD oil but just began using it about a week ago. Hoping the combo will increase mobility even more!

Have been taking this for a week. Has not helped with knee pain at all and I'm so nauseous from these pills that cannot eat so their promise of no GI issues is false. Especially if you have acid reflux.

I got this today and discovered that the only place it says liposomal on the bottle is the sticker they added to the bottle. You can see it was put on crooked. Also here is a picture of the back of the bottle that everyone wanted to see. I haven't started to take these yet. I like that I only have to take one of these compared to 3 of my current brand. I gave it 3 stars because of the hinky labeling. Not sure I'll order these again. We'll see if I can find another liposomal brand with better labeling.

I've tried several curcumin products using different science to improve absorption and this is the best. They don't say it on the bottle, but digging deeper into Sovereign Labs website, I found that they pre-convert the base product into the 3 primary curcuminoids before incapsulating it in sunflower lecithin. The liposomal delivery of these pre-converted curcuminoids provides better absorption. I have more energy for strenuous exercise. The foot pain I would have after long hikes is gone as is the pain in my shoulders.

This is GREAT curcumin. My opinion best on the market.My brother has/had diabetes. It was out of control. Five shots a day, and still sugar levels of 200 to 350 a day. I gifted him this company's colostrum, vitamin C, and curcumin. Every month his blood sugar levels improved.....it took a while, it was gradual. Now he is off of insulin (after over 12 years)!!! Now his sugar levels are between 70 to 120 without insulin shots.Warning: If you take this combination and have diabetes, and are on insulin shots monitor your sugar levels closely. His blood sugar levels dropped dangerously low, as he didn't need the shots anymore.

Best part of this curcumin supplement is that I’ve had no stomach issues compared to others I’ve tried and much relief of pain. I even noticed that a cyst I’ve had on top of my foot for years is now almost completely gone, not sure if this has done that, but I think it may have.
