Eeehhhhh.
Just as in picture. BUT the tutu is made with very cheap material and ripped minutes after my daughter wearing it. The headband, however, is beautiful. Cant get my daughter to take it off. Loved the set! Just wish the tutu was better made. At the end of the day, its up to my daughters approval, and she approves.P.SI just bought this for my daughter as a play set. I honestly dont think the tutu will last long. But if its just for a birthday party... Definitely YES. This is for u.

Not the best quality, but did the trick.
This was cute for my daughter's 4th birthday. The skirt isn't very practical but it was fun. The horn headband leaves a little to be desired. The quality isn't great...the horn was glued onto the band off center, which was a little weird. But no one noticed but me, and my daughter didn't care.

Cute but disappointed
Super cute but made very quickly or without care. The pieces are glued onto the headband crooked, wonky and shifted to one side so the headband doesn’t fit properly. It doesn’t go all the way down to fit securely and it is totally sideways. She will have to constantly be fixing it with there being no way to secure it to her head. BUT...you get what you pay for.

It’s pretty small, I order it for my 7th year old daughter, but the point was to use on top of a legging. If that’s why you needed then go ahead and buy it, otherwise it will be too small. I think for a 3yr old girl will be perfect!

Shorter than expected, but ok if your little one wears bike shorts, leggings or short shorts underneath. Cute for a little girl.

Doesn't sit well
Great price, but the flowers are glued too low and the headband doesn't sit well on the head.
