Finally a fantastic quest 3 head strap.
Ok, listen up.I know this model is double the price of the M3, but:It’s got better build quality. It’s got a fan to keep you cool and stop fogging. It’s got a higher capacity battery. The top head supports are adjustable.Feels very premium compared to M3.All in all I’m glad I paid the extra. My quest 3 is finally comfy and does not annoy me.Also, each adjustment has a strong click to it. This keeps the headset settings stable and no messing around getting your adjustments back to where you like.Save up and go for this pro model.I love it and have wasted so much time and money on other solutions.Enjoy.

Amazing headstrap!
This thing is fantastic! I spent an age trying to decide which strap online but I'm happy with my choice. Though my Quest 3 unit now looks like some beefed up piece of tech from a sci-fi film, it's so much more comfortable to use for long periods. I was having an issue with severe neck ache with the elite strap and it felt like it was pulling my head forwards but no such issue with this one. It is very heavy but it doesn't cause me any problems at all because the weight seems evenly distributed at front and back and the head feels more supported. Some people say the fan is a gimmick but it's worth it's weight in gold with energetic games like Beat Saber - if I have the fan on low throughout, I no longer get as sweaty and uncomfortable. The swappable batteries make it so much easier to play longer and really good for taking to a friend's house or a party where you need power for long periods without battery packs and wires dangling.I use the strap with an AMVR facial interface - as long as you get the right version with the narrower lip at the top, it works really well (the older AMVR interfaces have more of a lip and it doesn't clear the bottom of the fan unit).Only one tiny niggle for me is that I wish the stock forehead padding was more like a silk/cooling style of padding rather than leather as I find leather a bit more irritating but it's a tiny thing and probably more of a me problem!

Very comfy, weight off your face
Its expensive, so may put people off, however; the strap is excellent.Quality is great, the finish is akin to the Quest, it looks like it belongs with it.On your head - after manipulating is superb. Its so nice to have the weight distrubuted between the rear and top of your skull vs clamping it to the front. The fan is OK - I have a Kiwi face interface, which has vents top and bottom. The fan is able to push air through those which is great, however it isnt as effective as one might like. The battery weight is unnoticeable, I'd almost go as far to say it helps balance and percieved weight. I can't comment on the length it adds because I've been addicted to SkyrimVR and cabled myself.I really reccomend it, its the style of headstrap that should be shipped with VR headsets I feel. There is a cheaper option minus the battery which I'd say is better value for money, but to have the batt for future on device VR is a plus to me.

BoboVR Head Strap for Meta Quest 3 - Massive upgrade
I have been using the BoboVR head strap with my Meta Quest 3, and it's a massive upgrade over the stock strap. The comfort improvement was obvious. The original strap would hang heavy on my cheek bones despite adequate adjustment time and again, but this one distributes the weight across my head. Over long hours of game play, I would still feel it affect my cheek bones, but this is a lot more bearable than with the stock strap. The back dial makes it easy to tighten or loosen the strap quickly, even during game play. It comes with one battery for longer game play. I bought an extra one separately to swop out and play longer if my gaming has become interesting and I'm not ready to quit. The magnetic batteries make it easy to swop out mid-game, and each gives me +-2hrs extra game play. By the time one battery dies, the other would be fully charged if not 3/4 charged allowing me for additional time in VR.The built-in cooling fan is a nice feature. It helps during light sessions and is barely noticeable during game play (sounds like a distant oven fan in the next room). The fan becomes less effective when things really heat up or it's a really hot day. I can barely feel the airflow when the strap is fully on. It blows over the top of my head rather than onto my forehead where it would greatly assist. It's a nice feature, but not a game-changer for me.The strap itself feels quite sturdy and the cushioning is soft and comfortable. It does come with an additional honey combe cushion for your forehead, but I have not tried it out. I have been quite comfortable with the leather cushioning. I have long hair and would play with my hair loose for optimal comfort, and have noticed that on occasion my hair gets caught in the strap which can be quite annoying.I have only the stock strap to compare to. Though saying this... The BoboVR headstrap has been the best upgrade I could get for my Meta Quest this far. The pros definitely outweigh the cons, and I would recommend it over and over again.
