Received in May 2025 and by late June it started intermittently rebooting. I'm guessing it may be overheating. I would like to return it, but it is past the return date. I definitely wouldn't recommend. I will try contacting the seller. UPDATE - July 21, 2025 - Very quick response from tech support e-mail from Geekom recommending BIOS & Driver updates. After downloading and installing the updates, the PC is working very well now, no more intermittent rebooting. Changing review from 1 to 4 stars.

Set up of this GEEKOM PC was very quick while bypassing the OOBE Microsoft online account setup. All of the hardware drivers loaded without any issues. After completing the initial Win 11 setup I connected the network cable to the computer and successfully updated the Microsoft and AMD software. Most of my peripheral devices were detected and drivers were also loaded for each. I was able to download and install specific drivers for devices that used default drivers when detected. The 4K monitor resolution on my two monitors is very nice to view. Monitor settings are easily tweaked with the AMD video software.

Bricked on me within 4 months Would not exit the boot loader. Would constantly restart. Customer service was not helpful at all. When it did work I tried to play space marine 2 and it was laggy. Does not play games well. Had to buy another computer. Complete waste of money

As an IT person for over 40 years, I liked the specs on this mini-PC. They are VERY good! This is the perfect little PC for certain applications, such as limited desk space or to be used in an entertainment system. You can step up the storage on this with a plug in SSD drive, so I would work great as a mini-AV server in a home theater system, or just as a regular PC on a desktop. Haven't really tested it for gaming, but I'm sure it would work just fine. It's amazing the powerful features packed into this little mini-PC!

When Windows insisted on a MSFT account just to get started I pulled out the debian 13 usb. Trixie is running great out of the box. 4 stars for GeekOM, 1 star for M$FT.

I've had this computer for less than a month, I use Linux and I'm not a gamer so the reader should keep these things in mind. First, it's impressive for a tiny little box. The Ryzen 9 and integrated GPU are fast and competent, the array of ports reflect the best of what's currently out there. My overall impression is that you would have to spend at least twice what this costs to purchase a laptop that still wouldn't be much better. The downsides are significant however. There is only room for one internal drive and the size is limited to 2 terabytes. Even with a excellent / fast router located within 4 feet of the computer, under both Windows 11 and ARCH Linux, plugged in I lost at least 75 megabits of speed and up to 200 megabits of speed on wifi as compared to two laptops I have at home. I ran related tests at different hours of the day and night.. The unit can run surprisingly hot. While it won't cook the components we all know that heat will effect their lifespan. The last issue only relates to Linux users; You may need a Bluetooth dongle for Bluetooth services as the current Linux Kernel does not support the Bluetooth components used in this computer. I wasn't able to find a suitable driver for Linux.

This is a very fast PC. So far I’m very satisfied. The fan noise is less than my laptop so it’s not really annoying.

Delivery was quite delayed, took almost a month. As a prime member customer service was good. Love the compact size and styling. First time windows set up was rather slow. It got stuck multiple times at windows update. And I felt it skipped that part after multiple tries. So once booted, I manually updated. Not a heavy user or gamer. Done lots of photo editing, raw file editing. No major issues. One time realised that the file explorer was not refreshing automatically when two sessions were open at the same time for my capture one software. Once I closed the second session it was ok. With chrome open, running YouTube vids, and capture one session running, I found the box very hot. However didn't had any issue with performance. WiFi, Bluetooth connectivity all OK. Usbc display port worked fine. SD card reader worked fine too. The power pin received was not local, I guess US power pin. Used a travel adapter to plug it on to the wall socket.

Awesome specs. Such a small desktop! I am sick of having big boxes and trying to put them under a desk or somewhere. This is about 100mm square and sits on my desk. Super fast and quite. A true revolution in computing! Delivery next day.

Updated to 5 stars. Customer support provided some suggestions to fix my disappeared wifi/bluetooth after 8 months of use, however the fix was to unplug the power and hold down the power button (like a laptop) to make sure it was fully fully turned off, and then the devices came back. No issues anymore.

Compact, powerful, upgradeable ( i put 64gb ram) some people complain that it runs hot, I put a laptop cooling pad under mine, works great the pad keeps it cool, win 11 pro, 2tb ssd. Up to four monitors, im using 2. I do not game, so nothing is overclocked. Overall the price, size, and everything that is packed into that tiny aluminum box, that is excessable and upgradeable, was the right choice for me.
