It works well. Using my phone over the speakers in my truck caused an echo for the person on the other end. This solves the problem because the earpiece and mic are separate. The single ear headset is legal for driving in most states.

I bought this to use during phone calls on my cell phone. Cell phones have evolved into so many other uses that they are horrible phones. They are hard to hold and hard to hear. Also I refuse to have to stick things in my ears and I hate to have to charge additional little widgets. I already had one headset but it was uncomfortable and heavy. This one is lighter and far more comfortable. The sound is clear and people hear me clearly. The cord is a little long but I keep the excess coiled up with a zip tie. I haven't had it long, I will update if I have problems in the future.

Absolutely love this headset, have used the same headset for the past 5 years working from home without issue. Also, used other company provided or recommended headsets and always revert back to using this headset instead. Not only does it have volume control and a mute button but it also has a Multifunctional Answer/End Call button. Many headsets do not have all 3 options, especially now that I am searching for a wireless headset. Having a hard time finding a wireless version of this headset that’s not $100 or more. The Plantronics Blackwire 3210 wired single ear headset has lasted longer, and has been the best fit for me over the years. The single ear option is great for working from home as well can still listen to and hear noises around the house and able to quickly answer or mute calls from the headset. Using PC soft phones and running multiple applications it is a task to toggle to the answer, volume or mute button on PC. Able to quickly press the mute button when kids, gardener or pets are too loud and turn the volume up or down on calls from buttons on the cord.

Comfortable on my head. Easy to use

I ordered this as a replacement to my old Plantronics Blackwire C710-M Wired Headset. This one was advertised as the newer replacement but it is nowhere near the quality. It did not come in a box or retail packaging, just in a plastic bag and they shipped it in a soft mailer so by the time it arrived, the headband part was misshapen and I had to try to reshape it to the actual contours of a human head. The ear piece itself is only foam, there is not soft comfortable covering. I had to take the leather cover from my old headset to put on this one to cover the foam. An earpiece that is going to be used frequently as I do for telecommuting can't just be flimsy foam. It is not comfortable or sustainable over a long period of time. The sound quality is good and the control panels are easy for me. and callers state my voice is clear to them. But my issue is with the packaging, flimsy ear foam piece, and lack of substantial packaging to protect it from getting warped. If I did not need it for work, I would have sent it back.

Comprei para a minha esposa usar no trabalho. Muito confortável, som excelente e sem ruídos, não machuca a orelha, ótimo no atendimento dela. Como ela é suporte, ficar as 6h20 de trabalho não fica cansativo. Excelente produto, pode ir sem medo. Quanto à entrega, é padrão Amazon, né? Sem demora, cumprindo o prazo e pontualíssimo.

Great item, easy to pit on and has great speakers

They’re exactly as pictured. Just plug in and start using. Very light weight and comfortable. Good sound quality for earphone and mic.
