Strong and durable
Harness arrived in 1 day. It feels very tough and durable as does as does the included chain and resistance band. I have a cable machine set up at home and had no issues with the harness lifting 20 lbs. It, initially, felt uncomfortable but once adjusted it felt comfortable and secure. Definitely recommend.

Well designed
The item came quickly, and is well made. It has adjustments for virtually any neck exercise I could think of. Unfortunately for me, my family complained so much about me doing neck work, that I was obliged to send it back. The company was outstanding, and with a simple submission, took it back and credited me. Only good words for them.

Chain isnt stainless so Im replacing that Otherwise very comfortable for what it is Its an upgrade over the last one I had for same price

Nicely rugged construction and overall quality. Hanging heavy chains from this apparatus might not be the most optimal strategy for using this product, however.

Tears apart easily
Stiching on the hooks tear immediately when using this with light pressure. I got two of these because it broke and a replacement was sent, and they both tore off the stiching on the hooks on first use within 10 seconds. Great idea, weak construction.
