Ok ladies, buy this now. I have worked in the beauty industry for 20 years and have tried practically every high end brand of skincare, eye creams and cosmetics. THIS IS AMAZING! The push button distributes the product through the roller ball for an “all in one” delivery. The formula is rich and moisturizing and after about a week of consistent use, my under eye area is brighter and less puffy. Even Estée Lauder Renutriv $350 eye cream was not this effective. I am a customer for life and can’t wait to try their other products.

I have tried many under-eye treatments and this is by far one of the best ones out there if not the best. My eyes are very puffy , this light cream works good, it’s not perfect and it takes days but it’s def better than most.

I like this item. I have seen a gradual improvement. I use it before applying a moisturizer cream. I use it day and night after a deep cleaning. I am going to order another tube to see what the long term use does. Overall it is a good product. My eyes feel refreshed. It does not burn or negatively affect my eyes in any way as I have had others in the past. I have sensitive eyes.

EDITED I decided to try again and my replacement was delivered quickly. The cream feels nice going on and doesn't leave an oily feeling afterwards. It's only been a few days of use, but I think I see a difference already.Very disappointed; I was so excited to try this but my product was defective. No product will come out of the rollerball area. I'm going to return this and I'm not sure if I'll reorder this or try something different.

I used it twice a day on my dark under-eye shadows but only on my right eye. I wanted a comparison. It did NOT lessen the dark shadows. It did reduce the shallow 'crows feet' wrinkles on the the lower, outer area below my eye. After a month, I started using it under both eyes. I don't know if I will buy it again. I sure wish that it would help the dark under-eye shadows.

Ive used this for over a month now and I see no difference. No smell and I like the metal of the tip for the cooling aspect, but I see no difference. I wouldn't buy it again just because i see no value in it.*****update*** customer service did reach out to me with an offer to replace or refund. I did chose the refund but I really appreciated them reaching out and wanting to make things right. Even though this may have not been right for me it may be perfect for someone else.
