My family and I have been drinking this tea for almost two weeks now and I am giving it 5 Stars for the following reasons:It is truly economical, because each sachet is good not just for one cup of tea, but for our 1,9 liter carafe - my whole family of four adults enjoy the tea made just from one sachet.We also loved the fact that the sachets are made from pure silk - it is definitely a healthier choice for the digestion and it tastes like a real herbal tea without any chemical aftertaste. One can see the content through the sachet - the real herbs.The package also includes the brochure with the images and the description of the herbs.The first effect, promised by this tea manufacturer, that we all experienced was its the diuretic and digestive benefits. I am not sure whether it is appropriate to share the specifics, so I will just mention that whoever suffers from constipation, will greatly benefit from drinking this tea without any negative effects.Another great benefit is improved sleep which I noticed a few days after I started drinking this tea. I used to wake up a few times at nights, which I attributed to lots stress at work, but for the last week I would wake up only once (for a different and good reason only). So, I would not recommend to drink this tea 2-3 hours before bed.We also noticed that drinking this tea warms up the body, so my parents sip the tea when they feel chilly after a walk outside or while the house is getting heated after we come home from work.The taste of the tea is so rich I personally do not sweeten it with honey.Older members of my family are especially hopeful for the reduction of joint pain and stiffness.So I might add other details to this review later.Meanwhile, I would highly recommend this tea to all the tea lovers.It would make a great and unique Christmas gift or New Year gift or birthday gift due to its taste, quality, benefits and the attractive look of the whole box.

I used 1 to 2 tea bags to make tea with 32 oz hot water. I put the tea in the fridge so that the whole family can share. We take a glass in the morning before breakfast and one in the mid afternoon. The aroma is so nice. I myself drink it without adding anything, my son and my husband like to add honey to make it taste even better. The tea does help us to sleep better. It also helps to regulate our the immune system. Sometimes I even use the tea to make fruit smoothies. It tastes so good and much healthier than add milk and syrup to the smoothie. My daughter drinks the tea mix with fresh fruits as a diet supplement on a regular basis. I definitely recommend the Ali health tea to everyone

The media could not be loaded. This tea works for me as a gentle detox. Yes, it is diuretic, and I love it. It helped me lose some water weight too due to its diuretic properties. I used to feel bloated and always had stomach gas. I started to drink it every day and noticed changes in about 2-3 weeks. I get it, this is not a medicine but a blend of medicinal herbs, so I didn’t expect it to work immediately, especially after years of neglect in my health.I’m a tea lover and did feel the difference between this and my other herbal teas. This tea tastes pleasant and doesn’t have a sour, sweet, or fruity taste. It is perfect for anytime and I drink it as a regular tea now. I don’t feel any harm drinking it all day. Instead, I noticed that I have fewer cravings for junk food.I also found it economical to brew it in my 64 fl oz thermos rather than using a cup. I just fill up the thermos with boiled water, throw one sachet in it, and enjoy it all day. I get about 8 cups of tea out my thermos. So I calculated that i can get at least 320 cups of tea out of one box of this tea (8 cups x 40 tea sachets)!I highly recommend it, especially for those looking for a healthy option in daily tea consumption.

Allow me to share with you Dr. Ali’s tea… it’s truly high quality aromatic herbal tea! Filled in a fine Silky Sachets. I drink it day and night as it provides me with not only one cup but 10 cups and some (forever giving). I feel rejuvenated, kick off the morning with full of positive energies. It also relaxes me in the evenings with a good night sleep! I also recycle the herbal teas by sprinkling it on to my plants. Yeah, my plants are healthier than ever. Not kidding! You must give this tasting herbal tea a try! Definitely a FIVE STARS herbal teas !!

The tea smells good and has a mild taste. Other reviews stated that this tea helps them sleep at night and is a mild diarrhetic. I’ve have not experienced either after drinking daily for 4 days. You can reuse the tea bags as stated. I just expected more being the cost is $89 and this product is non refundable
