This product is marvelous. It does just what is claims, i love it, and will continue to us it forever, or as long as I can afford it clean your system completely. I use only at night, more than that for me is to much. I use it for seven days once a month. Love it! And it doesn't keep you going to the bathroom room all day.

I don’t use this as recommended for seven straight days. I will say that it is very effective to clean out your system. I go regular every day so I don’t need to take something daily. Just wanted to reset my digestive track.

This sea moss doesn't have the greatest taste when used with water so definitely recommend using a juice product if your partial to how you want it to taste. It definitely works and gets things moving. Definitely follow instructions and use no less than 8oz of fluid so it's easy to swallow. Great health benefits and boosts my energy.

I never write reviews but i had to for this one. I only took it for two days , only bc i have an event to go to and i didnt want to be stuck in the bathroom. Its works awesome for me , the cramps are not bad at all, i take it like a warning be ready to go. LOL This stuff is amazing , i will start again next week for 7days.

The taste is not bad. But its senna so basically just gives you diarrhea

I started this 6 days ago and halve lost 5 lbs!It has virtually no taste. I was worried it would taste like seaweed!I know it works because, let’s just say, I’m eliminating way more than usual! lol.

Very grainy and the taste is disgusting. Makes it hard for me to swallow and makes me feel nauseous after like I wanna throw it back up.
