I am on auto order for this along with 3 other Dr. Teals epsom salts as I like to mix. Does it make me sleepy? Youbetcha! I soak for 20 min. after a hard day and yes I am relaxed. My skin feels wonderful too and I've noticed that after soaking in the salts I am able to slough off dead skin a lot easier versus no salts. Great for those who suffer from muscle aches after vigorous workouts.
