I did a lot of research before I bought these. These are the best vitamins I could find for quality ingredients. As far as I can tell there are no synthetic sources for vitamins here and that is extremely hard to find.

I’ve noticed a major difference with these. I started by buying a small bottle a couple months back to be sure they worked for me, and after that, I pulled the trigger on the largest bottle because I’m definitely going to continue with these. You can either take one in the AM and one in the PM, or two one time per day. I’ve been doing 2 each night before bed, and I told my husband that I’ve felt like a wilted flower being watered for the first time in a long time. Sleep is better, if anything. It's not a miracle/fix-all vitamin, but it’s definitely the right tool to have in your arsenal if you’re struggling with sleep or energy levels being low. Smell & taste are not bad IMO, no nasty aftertaste. Size is small enough to swallow with other pills at once. Overall: it’s effective!

It’s a lot of pills to take daily, but the quality is worth it. Pricey, but again, worth it. These are great vitamins. No taste, easy to swallow. Good packaging.

I believe once you’re over the age of 50 having essential vitamins and the correct vitamins along with our God Jesus Christ will benefit you greatly. First thing you must be able to see and feel the effects from taking such vitamins.. If you can’t tell a difference stop and get a health check 1st . There is no real taste but but IT’s effect are notice from the energy surge and overall of how you feel
