Winco Nylon Mixing Paddle 20"

Very sturdy, excellent size for a 1 lb jar of natural peanut butter - enough length to reach the bottom of the jar with plenty of room for your hand above/outside of the jar to keep your hand clean. My only minor "negative" is that the handle is flat, and stirring against the resistance of the thick peanut butter can be a little uncomfortable, but wrapping a paper towel around it minimizes that. It's really solid, stiff plastic so it doesn't bend against the thick PB while stirring. Good, inexpensive purchase and works much better than a table knife. Very easy to clean, no nooks or crannies for things to hide/stick. I paid for this myself, so this is an honest, unbiased review.

Bought this for a 32 gallon pot and it is great "but" the 4 star is only because with a thick chili the paddle is a bit too flexible. If it was soup or something it would be fine. I do recommend it though, just need to use two hands and go from the middle of the pot out when it's something thick you're stirring.
