Gift for my father and then got one from myself, quicker than a whetstone and less damaging than the grinding knife sharpeners for my nicer knives. Missing a star as I think it should of come with replacement pad for each side

Easy to use on larger knives and effective, but unfortunately the magnet on the roller is not strong enough to sharpen a paring knife. The sharpener kept coming off even slowing the roll didn't help.

I never thought I'd get excited about sharpening knives... yet here we are! I don’t normally leave reviews however i’m genuinely impressed by this knife sharpener. I’ve got a few nicks in good quality knives over the years which seem to get worse from using the standard sort of draw down sharpeners. The rolling method of this sharpener has pretty much completely fixed these already, and produces a much better edge. Would highly recommend, and I’ve even just ordered another one for my dad after using this for a month.

Puchased this for a friend as a gift. He really likes it and has used it a lot. He said it will make his sharpening easier because it will keep the same angle when he sharpens his knives! Great gift and functional. It seemed easy to use and after sharpening his knives & my knives it is holding up well.
