How do I get the best fastening?

By choosing the right staple length, which depends on what material you are fastening in (hard or soft wood) and how thick the material is that you are fastening. Rule of thumb is if you have a 2 mm material you should use a 6 mm staple.

I have small hands, can I use this product?

If you have smaller hands this might work well for you, thanks to the Powercurve Technology it makes this staple gun easier to squeeze.

The staple gun is not working what should I do?

This could be caused by a lot of reasons, make sure that you have loaded the staples correctly. Ensure that you have the correct staple for the staple gun, the wrong staples could cause a jam. We recommend Rapid's own staples for best results.

How do I load this staple gun?

This is a bottom loaded staple gun, turn it up-side down (the handle pointing down), open the slider to load desired staple. There are markings on the tool to determine where you should load staples.
